Especially in times of the pandemic, when mc donalds has to hope for someone to be picked up and this can only be achieved through a minimum of friendly and competent demeanor, that was bad news. I have to disappoint you now. Helpfulness can be found here as much as water in the Sahara. After the order machines did not accept our coupons, we informed an employee, possibly the stlv. Managing director, he said this is our problem, he can't do anything about it. Then I asked if he could please put some milk in my coffee. To which he replied cheekily that I should just order a latte next time. I tried to explain to him that coffee with milk is different from coffee with milk. However, this did not lead to the desired result. Sorry, will avoid this branch in the future

Best experience . Workers are making things very clean and tidy. They have many place to sit around and even they have the fastest Mc drive ever . I recommend this MC Donald for sure

Unfortunately, it was the last time that we went to get food there. For children, the toys in the happy meal are the most important thing. But for the fifth time we had no toys in the drive-in counter. At home you can imagine the disappointment of the children - and the desperation of the parents.

I tried it again after a long time 🙈but you are some of the few who take enough in this good ...... time! But I couldn't put the right thing in my pockets and the food was cold too, and I don't even live a minute away!

There were 12 chicken nuggets and 3 chicken tenders in the chicken box

Hygiene has to be improved even at the Mc Drive you get that the staff does not adhere to the hygiene regulations. And that doesn't mean corona hygiene 🤢🤮 not a good shop. Someone is overwhelmed with running the shop 😄

Clean and fast

French fries were forgotten when ordering. When we went back to get them they were old and sloppy.

The classic McDonald's is nothing special, maybe a little better prices now, but unfortunately you are today and today inside, not even for coffee today

Newly made McDonalds. But sometimes you only get half a burger or something is missing. So always check it out, it's best to eat on site. Then you don't have to be angry at home.

Food is fresh and good. Persobal is nice, but it all takes a little long

It's a shame that there are no 0 stars. Better to plan the detour to Passau. Unprofessional staff who have graduated from school. They cannot speak German properly, nor do they have any respect for their customers. Buds Burger right next door 100% better. Very unclean restaurant!

Employees speak to each other in 10 different languages, so it can't work that way. There is something wrong with every order. Because of the good location, things are going anyway, probably wouldn't even need a franchisee, if they even have one.

Somewhat sad vegetarian offer. If you go to Mc, then you have different expectations. Quantity over quality. For the cravings in between, it goes well. Personal top.

Service a bit rude and didn't get a plastic spoon, although the customer had got one before me.

Unfortunately, zero points cannot be awarded! Staff absolutely incompetent. At the cash register had to be canceled and re-booked several times. The food had to be complained about because several things were missing. I have never experienced such infinity and such a tone as here. Al that's certainly an individual opinion, but you could think about why a mc Donalds has no guests at noon at noon. I think that says more than any review made here.

This is a NoGo! You want to remain discreet, drive back another 5 km and hand the moldy part to the presumably deputy branch manager. He wants to fob me off with a new burger or an ice cream. I felt like I was trying to argue with Winnie the Pooh. Something like that is grossly negligent.

It's okay, unfortunately you can only order directly at the cash register and not use the terminals. Everything was very clean.

My family and I bought takeout fries on July 20, 2020. We put the leftovers and normal potatoes on it. It's just disrespect. I wanted to go back and give it back to the staff. We had children with us.

Friendly staff and nicely made food. Only addition I would make is to clean the restaurant more often there were some dusty and sticky places but other than that it was a pleasure.
